Q:  How do I get my bib number? Do I pick it up race morning?

A:  Race bibs are mailed to all individuals and team captains just before race weekend. If you don't receive yours, come to the finish area in Freeman Stadium (on the CSUMB campus) and we will issue a replacement

Q: Where do I park on race morning?  

A:  All participants park off of 2nd Avenue, about 2 blocks from the start area. There will be personnel on hand to direct traffic and parking race day.

Q: What are D-tags

A: D-tags are your timing device and will come attached to your bib number. Remove the D-tag and instructions and attach securely to your shoe. Remember...no tag...no time!

Q: I'm on a Mud Run team and only two bibs have D-tags. How come?

A: Since the team finishes as a unit, we don't need everyone to wear a tag. We give them to two team members in case one malfunctions. It doesn't matter which two wear the tags.

Q: I'm in wave 2 and all my friends are in wave 1. How can I run with them?

A: Waves are designed to prevent course crowding, but go ahead and either move up with them or they can move back with you.

Q: Two people on my team aren't going to run now. How can I replace them?

A: Email sally@bsim.org to have them removed from the team. Then you can add the new members online

Q: My shirt is way too big (or small). Is there anything I can do?

A: Contact our office post-event and we'll make an exchange if we have the size you want available.

Q: Some of my team members never joined the team online. What can I do?

A: They will have to come to the bib pickup area in Freeman Stadium race day and sign a liability waiver.

Q: My friend never got registered. Can he sign up race day?

A: Sorry, but this is a sold-out event and there are no race day signups.
